(Paleo, Vegan, Anti-inflammatory)
1 tsp of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of turmeric
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of agave or maple syrup
1 inch strip fresh ginger or ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of nutmeg and black pepper
Zula Essentials CBD Oil
- Add milk, turmeric, and other ingredients to small saucepan over low heat for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, pour into mugs, add desired amount of Zula Essentials CBD oil (see notes) and stir well.
Notes: The amount of Zula Essentials CBD oil you use in the recipe, depends on your desired dose. It is recommended to start with ½ to 1 dropper full and adjust as needed.
