Hey #ZulaTribe! We know life can get stressful. Ease your mind and relieve anxiety with this simple and soothing recipe. This recipe is also anti-inflammatory which helps keep your immune system functioning at its best!

(Paleo, Vegan, Anti-inflammatory)

Serves 2

2 cups of almond or coconut milk

1 tsp of coconut oil 

1 teaspoon of turmeric

½ teaspoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of agave or maple syrup

1 inch strip fresh ginger or ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of nutmeg and black pepper 

Zula Essentials CBD Oil


  1. Add milk, turmeric, and other ingredients to small saucepan over low heat for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat, pour into mugs, add desired amount of Zula Essentials CBD oil (see notes) and stir well.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes: The amount of Zula Essentials CBD oil you use in the recipe, depends on your desired dose. It is recommended to start with ½ to 1 dropper full and adjust as needed.
